Now fill the form (Pan Number, Aadhaar Number, Name as per Aadhaar, Mobile number)
Now if in your Aadhaar Card there is the only year of birth then Check the box "I have only year of birth in Aadhaar card".
Now Check the box "I agree to validate my Aadhaar details".
Now click on Link Aadhaar.
Now you will get an OTP in the given mobile number.
Now put the OTP and click on Validate.

You can link your Pan Card with your Aadhaar card via SMS also.
Just send an SMS "UIDPAN (12 digits Aadhaar Number) (10 digits Pan Number)" to 567678 or 56161.
You will get a confirmation message after the linking done.
